However, once your order is shipped we can no longer cancel your order. You may then request a return shipping label to return your package for exchange or refund.

Yes, you may exchange your purchase at any one of our Robert Wayne/Shoeteria locations. Simply take your unworn item and the online sales receipt to a store location and one of our friendly sales associates will be happy to assist you. However if you wish to return your purchase for a refund it MUST be sent back to our online warehouse.
